MY MISSION

Every year over 1 billion dollar’s worth of gift cards go unused!

This statistic makes me cringe because it is unfulfilled potential. Someone possessed something that could make a difference in their life and the lives of others and they just didn’t use it. Unfortunately, many leaders and organizations go through life with the same unfulfilled potential. They never understand how God designed them nor the unique plan he has for their life.

I’m passionate about helping leaders and churches chart their course to unleashing their God-given potential. Through blogging, training, coaching, and consulting, I strive to communicate profound simplicity and catalytic clarity that inspires you with hope and equips you to fulfill your potential.

MY FAMILY

I grew up in the small five-hundred-person town of Mer Rouge, Louisiana. For college, I attended LSU where I met my beautiful wife, Sophie. We have a family of five with my son Barrett, my daughter, Lenna and our duck dog, Roux. While in the cajun country, I served at The Chapel as the Associate College Pastor and Next Steps Director. Currently, I serve as the Adult Ministries Pastor at Long Hollow Church in the Nashville, TN area as well as the COO of Replicate Ministries.

Personally, hunting is a huge part of my life. There are few places I would rather be than in a duck blind with a cup of coffee, some good friends, and my dog, Roux. In the fall and winter, you can find me with friends and family at our duck camp, Shiloh Farm. When hunting isn’t an option, I enjoy reading leadership books, grilling on my Big Green Egg, and playing sports.
