My name is Vick Green and I am a husband, father, pastor, and consultant. I grew up in the small five hundred person town of Mer Rouge, Louisiana. For college, I attended LSU where I met my beautiful wife, Sophie. We have a family of five with my son Barrett, my daughter, Lenna and our duck dog, Roux. While in the cajun country, I served at The Chapel as the Associate College Pastor and Next Steps Director. Currently, I serve as the Spiritual Formation Pastor at Long Hollow Church in the Nashville, TN area as well as the COO of Replicate Ministries.
Personally, hunting is a huge part of my life. There is nowhere else I would rather be than in a duck blind with a cup of coffee, some good friends, and my dog, Roux. In the fall and winter, you can find me at our duck camp, Shiloh Farm, either relaxing with my family or hosting friends. When hunting isn’t an option, I enjoy reading leadership books, grilling on my Big Green Egg, and playing sports.
God has created each individual with unique passions and skills to be used for his glory and the good of others. Along with the general calling he gives to all believers to make disciples, he also gives a special calling to use those gifts to make a unique contribution in this world. Unfortunately, many of us struggle to identify what gifts God has given us and how to use those gifts to maximize the impact he desires to have through us.
I have a passion for helping people chart their course to fulfill their God-given purpose and potential. Through blogging, podcasting, and consulting, I aim to bring catalytic clarity and profound simplicity that helps you maximize your God-given potential in your life, church, or business.
